Stepping out from behind the sequins of his more famous alter-ego Nearly Neil, Bobby Bruce turns his amp to eleven with this garage-pop inspired holiday tune.

Recorded at Westsonic Music in North Vancouver with Bobby's Solitary Band leader - Dave Corman recording and mixing. Mastering was done by fellow Solitary Band member - Craig Zurba.

Born out of the desire for more uptempo party Seasonal songs, Bobby revives this tune from the Sonics - an original West Coast garage band that was the precursor and inspiration to Nirvana.

Few will hear the familiar Neil Diamond tones that have made Bobby Bruce an international touring artist, however, he carves out a retro-punk sound with his strong vocal attack on this '60s forgotten gem.
